Buyer Agent Rebate to New House Buyer

Lily H. Ling & Co., New House Buyer’s Rebate = 3%* of sale price – $1000.

Any Builder’s Commission over than > 3% will also be part of the rebate.

*Commission is determined by Builder but typically 3%.


Case 1:

Sales price $400,000, Builder pays 3% total commission equal to $12,000. to Lily H. Ling & Co.,

Buyer’s rebate from Lily H. Ling & Co., will be at

$400,000. X 3% -$1000 = $11,000.


Case 2:

Sale price $400,000, Builder pays 4% total commission equal to $16,000. to Lily H. Ling & Co.,

Buyer’s rebate from Lily H. Ling & Co., will be at  

$400,000 X 4% – $1000 = $15,000.


Case 3:

Sale price $400,000, Builder pays 3% plus $2,000 bonus to selling agent, equal to total commission Equal to $14,000. to Lily H. Ling & Co.,

Buyer’s rebate from Lily H. Ling & Co., will be at 

($400,000 X 3% + $2000) – $1,000 fee = $13,000.

  • Builder commission to Lily H. Ling & Co., is paid from Builder to licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, Buyer’s agent, Lily H. Ling & Co., Builder can not pay any part of real estate commission to Buyer. Please kindly do not discuss Lily H. Ling & Co., Real Estate Commission with Builder.

  • New home buyer rebate is between New House Buyer and Buyer agent, Lily H. Ling & Co., Builder does not involve any part of Lily H. Ling & Co.,’s rebate to New Home Buyer. Please discuss your rebate only with Buyer agent: Lily H. Ling & Co., not Builder.

  • At present, Lily H. Ling  Co., does not provide real estate service to represent Buyer to purchase pre-occupied ( used) home.
