Lily Ling has been a Houstonian since 1977, and has achieved 40+ years of Houston Real Estate experience. She started her prestige education at Florida State University and graduated with a Master of Business Administration in 1975. She has plenty of experience in all aspects of Real Estate, such as sale, lease, property management, real estate mortgage, builder and more! Lily Ling has also acquired many licenses and experience, including the Texas Real Estate Broker, Texas Certified Public Accountant and the Texas Mortgage Broker licenses. She can also assist clients with their home language, including and not limited to English, Chinese Mandarin and Taiwanese.

Johnathan Ling is a native Houstonian and has worked as a Texas Real Estate Broker since 2008. Like Lily, Johnathan has acquired many licenses and experience, including the Texas Real Estate Broker (TREC#0519375), Professional Civil Engineering, and Texas Professional Inspector (Lic#22277). He has also acquired 2 college diplomas, majoring in Civil Engineering and Chemistry from the University of Houston and University of Texas. Johnathan is also fluent in English and understands basic Spanish and Chinese Mandarin.With his overall knowledge and experiences in all aspects of real estate, which includes and not limited to: Sales, Lease, Property Management, Real Estate Mortgage and Construction.
